2 1/2 Hour Meditation

March 27 @ 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm

During this meditation, all seven chakras are activated. Sometimes it is just necessary to relax and practice mindfulness. This is the perfect course for beginners as well as experts, whether you are stressed out and in need of some peace, or just want to enjoy all the benefits of meditation. You may bring pillows or blankets if necessary. We will take a 15-minute break in between. Snacks will be provided. Cost: $35.00. Space is limited. Please call (904) 292-4555 to sign up.
