Hello everyone, I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Elka has headed home for now, but she’ll be back soon—we always enjoy her visits and the energy she brings while she’s here.
This week, I’d love to invite you to come out and enjoy some crystal mining. It’s a great way to get outside, connect, and find something special to take home with you. My dad truly enjoys meeting everyone who comes through—he loves sharing the experience, and it always makes his day when things are busy and full of life.
We also have appointment times available throughout the week if you’d like to stop in for a session.
We’d love to see you, spend some time together, and share some good energy with you soon.
Dear Healers: Boundaries, Balance, and the Truth About Support
There is a quiet strength in those who care deeply—those who listen, heal, guide, and hold space for others. Many natural givers eventually learn that their path is not only about supporting others, but also about protecting their own energy and recognizing where true support exists. This is not a story about lack, but about awareness, balance, and growth. People come into our lives for different reasons; some are meant for mutual care and respect, while others are drawn to the comfort and clarity we naturally provide. When expectations are not aligned, misunderstandings can happen, and sometimes boundaries reveal where relationships are truly rooted. For those who give freely, boundaries are not barriers but acts of self-respect that help maintain emotional balance, prevent burnout, and clarify which connections are reciprocal. As life unfolds, relationships naturally shift—some deepen, some fade, and some are only meant for a season. This is not a reflection of worth, but part of growth and change. The right support does exist: people who value you beyond what you give, who respect your time, honor your boundaries, and show up with consistency. In learning this, one of the most important truths becomes clear—your energy matters too. You are allowed to rest, to say no, and to choose relationships that feel balanced and supportive, because true peace comes when you are aligned with those who genuinely see and respect you.
