Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Tomorrow, I will be picking up Elka Boren, our Shaman, and I am incredibly excited to have her with us this week. If you’ve had a tough year or need a pick-me-up, I encourage you to sign up for a healing session with her, or you can join one of her circles. Typically, after participating in her circle, people are eager to schedule a healing session with her. She is also teaching a certification for angel healings and readings, which is the same class that our healer, Donna, completed and used in her healing sessions with others.
This week at Spiritual Uplifts.
Elka has healing appointments from 20th to 26th available. She running a past life circle on 22nd and a egg cleansing circle on 23rd.
The Importance of Smudging Your Home and Workplace

Smudging is an ancient practice used to clear negative energy, unwanted spirits, and stagnant energy from spaces or individuals. It helps set positive intentions, creating a sacred environment, and many believe the smoke acts as a connection between the physical and spiritual realms. The practice is associated with mood improvement, reduced stress, and increased clarity. Additionally, smudging can reduce airborne bacteria, potentially enhancing air quality and promoting relaxation.
White sage removes all types of energy, both positive and negative, creating a cleansed space. After that, you can introduce rose incense for love. My personal favorite is sunflower sage, which promotes peace and contentment, making everyone in the home feel happy. For business purposes, blue sage is effective at clearing heavy energy and opening up new avenues.
To smudge, prepare the space by opening windows. Light a sage stick until it smolders and move it clockwise around the area while focusing on your intentions. Finally, extinguish it in a fireproof container.
