The Silent Struggles of Those When Support Is Forgotten

By Lynn Pritchard. July 8th 2026.

One of the hardest lessons in business and in life is realizing that not everyone will value the support you gave them when they needed it most.

There are times when you show up for people. You help them, encourage them, give them opportunities, hold space for them, and support them during difficult moments. You do it because you care. You do it because you believe in people. You do it because, at the time, it feels like the right thing to do.

But sometimes, when boundaries are created or when things no longer go the way someone wants, their gratitude disappears. Instead of remembering the good, they choose anger. Instead of walking away with grace, they do things they know may cause harm.

That is a sad thing to witness.

When someone has helped you, supported you, or given you a positive experience, it says a lot about your character when you choose to hurt them simply because they no longer agree with you or no longer allow the same access to their time, energy, or business.

Karma is not always about punishment. Sometimes karma is simply the energy we create returning to teach us. When we act from bitterness, jealousy, or revenge, that energy does not disappear. It follows us. It shapes what comes next.

I believe we all have moments where we feel hurt or disappointed, but how we respond matters. We can choose maturity. We can choose honesty. We can choose to walk away with respect. Or we can choose actions that damage trust, relationships, and our own spiritual growth.

As a business owner, I have had to learn that boundaries are necessary. Helping people does not mean allowing them to hurt you. Being kind does not mean staying silent when something is wrong. And supporting others does not mean giving them permission to harm what you have worked so hard to build.

My hope is that people remember this: if someone was there for you during a hard time, honor that. Even if the relationship changes. Even if you disagree. Even if you go separate ways.

Because how we treat people after we no longer need them says more about us than anything we say when everything is going our way.

Love you all Lynn

Begin by setting intention and cleansing your space with Palo Santo

Place a crystal generator of Clear Quartz in the center of your cloth or wooden grid.

Next, you will alternate placing these three stones one after the other around your generator

For this grid you will need two of each of the following crystals:

Citrine: Brings joy while banishing gloom and negativity. Raises self-esteem and helps you think with optimism.

Golden Silk Jade: : Golden Silk Jade reduces anxiety and helps you move to a happier time of your life.

Crazy Lace Agate: Stone of laughter, Crazy Lace Agate brings joy into your life while also serving as a protective stone.

Four of the following stones:

Clear Quartz Points: Place Clear Quartz points around your completed grid, pointing them up, down, left, and right. This will help the energy from the grid amplify in all directions.

Let this new energy settle around you, take a moment to appreciate it. Speak aloud your intentions for this new part of your life to activate your grid.

We recommend getting new crystals for each new grid you do, to bring in the fresh energy needed for the grid to work at its full potential
