Astral Traveling

Astral traveling is a spiritual practice that occurs during meditation, allowing consciousness to operate independently from the physical body. In this state, the soul, which exists on multiple levels, leaves the body to explore the astral plane. Practitioners use this technique to seek answers and connect with their spiritual guides.

To understand how astral traveling works, imagine yourself in a deep state of meditation. Visualize an astral cord as a luminous, radiant tube extending from the Third Eye chakra, which is located in the middle of the forehead, down to the solar plexus area of your upper abdomen. As you meditate, your body begins to feel lighter, and you may sense your soul moving beyond your physical form.

If you are trying this for the first time, always have someone with you for support. It's also important to create a protective prayer before you begin. Additionally, there are some excellent books on astral travel that you can explore.
